We offer a wide range of treatments ranging from traditional core therapies such as Swedish to Aromatherapy massage to healing such as Indian Head Massages, Reflexology and Reiki to less known but incredibly effective therapy treatments such as Watsu, A form of Zen Shiatsu. When the body is immersed into the Water it comes under the influence of two opposing forces gravity and buoyancy. Water Treatments are beneficial for Anxiety and Stress conditions because they are extremely relaxing.
Why is is still new to people in the UK, mainly availability, and accessibility to Warm Pools that are private. In fact, we are one of only a few Watsu centres in the country. Developed by Harold Dull in the 1980s, Watsu is a truly magnificent water massage treatment, the water takes the weight off the vertebrae and relaxes the muscles so the practitioner can move the spine in ways that would be impossible on land.
We are the only Self owned Heated WATSU centre in the UK.
Water is an essential aspect to our spa, and we wish to develop new treatments as time goes on, a ‘project in working progress’.
We believe Therapy is not just for the people that can afford, we are trying to make it more accessible for the people that may have a real need for therapy and not always have the funds. For example, we all could do with some healing, therapy, massage, and sometimes, places make it impossible for us to afford.

How to use the online system:
Go to the appointments tab above, and press appointment for a treatment, or classes for events . The system will guide you through simply fill in name, details, information, friends, collegues, family members and use to purchase gifts or simply deposit funds into their account for them to use as they wish.
We also do Discounts for client referrals, so if a person you recommend, has a treatment recieve 20% discount off your next booking, for continued loyalty programme.

Map to find us we We are fairly awkward to find so we ask clients to normally arrive to any appointment or workshop 15 minutes before, if you have not been to Medi Spa before, also we normally have a sign outside in Windy weather this is not there, please look at gallery to familarise yourself with the look of the healing sanctury.
